Travel Man, hosted by Richard Ayoade, rewired my brain and how I view the world. Contained to 48 hours in some of the more famous and less famous parts of the world with various guests, Ayoade taught me how to make the most of each moment when you step away from home.

I watched every episode of this show during COVID and by the time things had cooled down I had 4 trips booked and every second of the trips planned. It was a reminder that we are meant to travel, meant to move and not waste away idling and waiting. I need that reminder still.
